Fantastic place to relax with family!
Food was amazing: there’s a wide variety of salads, fruit and desserts, and the fish… ????! The entire place is incredible. There’s plenty of choices for the kids to play and enjoy. We really liked the Michael Jackson show . The slow river, a definite winner .
The rooms could have been a little more comfortable. Even when you turn the air conditioner off, there’s a fan that remains on all the time and at night it can get quite noisy. Fortunately, we were so tired after a fun day that we could sleep well all the same.

Great time, great hotel.. but some observations to improve for the value
The beach is amazing, the pool and the facilities are really great. Food is very good and nice activities too.
The pool was almost hot some days. The food was quite repetitive and lacked vegetarian options, mainly on fixed menus. The checkout wasn't great at all, we had to leave the room at 12 and no options were provided to at least take a shower somewhere before leaving for the airport at 4pm. Leisure activities like pool table, foosball or ping pong were way too far and quite unaccessible. Elevators were a nightmare, almost frightening to use

Great pools and great service, but not very clean.
The pools in the resort are amazing, by themselves they are worth the stay. The thematic restaurants were good and the breakfast buffet was solid. Kid recreation was also a highlight, specially at the evenings.
Rooms were old and not clean up to what we would expect. There areas in the hotel where there is a strong bad smell, specially when walking near the 2800s rooms. We saw a possum walking around the Pizza restaurant, which was not the most pleasant sight while having our meal.
